Dear Parents/Carers, 

On Thursday the 1st of September the school is holding a soccer and netball gala day in Laurieton and will be hosting around 200 students, teachers and parents from the Hastings area.

As in the past, the P & F will be opening the canteens on the field and providing food, drinks and snacks to everyone. This will be a fantastic fundraiser for the school and also provide a great service on the day to all our visitors.

If anyone would be interested in helping out on the day it would be incredibly appreciated. We will need parents to help cook food, serve food and drinks and also people to bake snacks to sell for the day, which can be dropped off at the canteen in the morning ie cupcakes and slices etc.
