Yes, it's already that time of the year where we begin to meet with our new kindergarten candidates for next year with their parents, for Interviews with the Principal. It is a joy to see these eager faces and to talk with parents to set their children up for success at big school. These interviews will be continuing next week and into next term.
What a beautiful celebration we shared on Sunday as 14 of our students received their first Sacrament of the Eucharist at St Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. It was a truly special event for our parish community, and we are so proud of all the children who took part with reverence and joy. After Mass, a lovely morning tea was held in the Church hall for all to enjoy. Thank you to Mrs Wilson for organising the event, Mr Marshall for preparing the children, Fr Michael for giving the Mass and many of our Staff, families and parishioners for your support of these children.
Student reports have been released today via Compass, providing insight into your child’s progress and achievements. Reports can be found by clicking on your child's profile picture in the Compass app, and then clicking on the Reports tab.
Bookings for Parent-Teacher Interviews are still open but will close on Sunday evening. Changes to booked times will then need to be made by calling the office. We encourage all families to book a time to connect with your child’s teacher during next week. Please remember to always sign in and out at the office/iPads when you come onsite, including after 3pm.
Our Dance Teams lit up the hall floor today with a fantastic in-school showcase! Congratulations to our Stage One ‘Brave-Variety’, Stage Two ‘Boom Boom-Hip Hop’ and Stage 3 ‘MJ remix’. We now look forward to cheering them on at the Eisteddfod next Thursday—best of luck to all our performers!

Next week is our Winter Appeal Day! Students are invited to wear their cosiest PJs to school on Wednesday and bring their non perishable food donations. All will go toward supporting those in need during the cold winter months. Let’s warm hearts together!
