Parent Education Well-Being Night a Great Success!

Our recent Parent Education Well-Being Night was a huge success, with over 70 parents attending! We've received a great deal of positive feedback from those who were able to join us and have some great ideas moving forward, including longer sessions, break times and other topics parents would like to touch on.

A huge thank you to our dedicated Well-Being Team - Mrs. Maria Wilson, Mrs. Fiona Hayward, Mr. Mick Marshall, Mrs. Jessica Watts, and Mrs. Nat Hurrell - for their hard work in organising this valuable event. To our parents, Hayley Guffogg and Emma Hockham, for coordinating catering with our Parent Assembly support. We'd also like to extend our gratitude to our fantastic presenters, Mrs. Rebecca Jamieson, Mrs. Bronwyn Shipton, Mrs. Janita Thomson, and Mrs. Amy Bourke, for sharing their knowledge and expertise. Finally, thank you to all the staff members who generously assisted with babysitting, making it possible for parents to attend.

The children enjoyed a night of friendship, movies and pizza. A big thank you to Big Brother Pizza who generously opened it’s door to cater for our school.

Celebrating the Assumption of Mary

Today, our students came together to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption of Mary. This special day commemorates the belief that at the end of her life, Mary was taken into heaven, body and soul.

To mark this significant day, all our students and staff attended 12 p.m. Mass. It was a beautiful opportunity for our school community to reflect on Mary's deep faith and her special place in our Catholic tradition. Children also participated in singing, learning about Mary and other classroom activities.
