Dear Families,
We're putting together a project to help you support your child's learning at home. We know how important your role is, and we want to make sure we're providing resources that are most helpful to you.
The goal of this short survey is to find out what topics you'd like to learn more about. This will help us identify the most requested subjects so we can create or find useful videos and resources for you.
Please take a few moments to fill out the survey and tell us:

For example:
