Welcome back to all our families! We hope everyone had a wonderful school break and an opportunity to relax and enjoy some family time together. It's hard to believe we're already beginning Term 4-the year has certainly flown by!
This final term is always an exciting one, packed with events designed to enrich our students' learning and create lasting memories for the whole school community.
We kick off next Monday, with our Stage 2 and 3 students participating in the Todd Woodbridge Regional Finals and Socktober on Friday! Looking ahead, the remainder of the term is full of exciting events and activities, including the Summer Sports Trials, the Carnival of the Animals Whole School Theatre show, Daniel Morcombe Awareness Day and the Whole School Colour Run.
We encourage you to keep a close eye on your Compass notifications and our school newsletter for all the specific details, permission notes, and updates for these events.
We look forward to sharing another successful and memorable term together at Joey's!
This week we welcomed some of our ex-students “Back to Joey’s’ to visit their buddies, share memories of primary school and give year 6 some high school advice.
Thank you to Mrs Aldridge and Mrs Steep for organising this wonderful experience.
The students spoke so articulately about their memories of Primary school and plans for the future. We are very proud of the young people they have become.
We are praying for all students who are currently sitting their HSC and wish them the best of luck.
Our student Mission Team is preparing Socktober to support Catholic Mission’s work in Zambia!
Wear your crazy socks and casual sunsafe clothes, and bring a gold coin (or what you can) as we kick goals for poverty.
